Hi, I check my account every month for overages. This month I did not and I have a $*** phone bill to pay that is usually around $***. I never received the emails about the percentage of data I had left during the month on my account. When I reach my data for the month I Login to My Sprint account and cut the data to my son and daughter's off until the next billing cycle starts. Will you please credit my account for the overage of data since I never received notification that I was being charged? I went to the store earlier today to change my plan to unlimited.
