I want wife account transferred to me but how do I get you on line at same time as wife when you have NO LOCATIONS? The idea was to have me go to Citibank and meet with someone and call wife on her phone and confirm what we need done with the account. ... Can not believe you guys do not want my money but want to try to get blood from a turnip. How stupid is not wanting money for a business from customers?

You have no place to go to meet with anyone making your customer service almost totally worthless.

Tell me where to go and meet with Citibank and resolve this issue!
