Hello, I am Brian A. and I have some inquiries regarding your card. I've tried contacting various numbers but was unsuccessful in reaching a live person due to automated systems. Additionally, my emails bounced back, stating the address was not found. Could you kindly direct my concerns to the appropriate department or provide a functioning contact number or email address? Our average credit score among the three bureaus is [redacted]. We have a credit debt of around $8,[redacted] that we wish to transfer to a card with a $20,[redacted] limit. Can we proceed with this transfer? I've heard some companies begin charging interest from the original transfer date if the balance is not paid in time. Does your company follow this practice? May I know an estimated credit limit we could receive with your card? Do you have information on how much our credit score would be impacted with a hard inquiry? I was informed in July about funds deposited in my 401k account from when I worked at Lockheed Martin in [redacted]. The notification stated the funds would be considered abandoned if not claimed by October. I reached out to Citibank, filled out the necessary forms, and submitted them. After regular follow-ups, I was later asked for a copy of my social security card, which I promptly provided. Upon contacting the Retirement Planning department two weeks ago, I was informed that my refund request had been approved, and a check would be mailed out the next day. However, when I called today, I was told the refund was not approved, and the check was not sent. Despite my inquiries, no explanation was given for the denial of the refund. Where is my refund?

I applied for a Home Depot credit card. A few days ago, I got an email, presumably from Citi Bank, stating that my application was denied and asking me to contact the credit manager at Citibank # [redacted]. I have great credit and find it hard to believe I would be declined, so I'm concerned this might be a scam. Can you confirm if this is a legitimate number and provide guidance on speaking with a representative? It seems like reaching a live person could be challenging!

I'm a paraplegic man named Min Albert who uses a wheelchair. I recently opened two accounts at Citibank NA in Pembroke Pines, and was told by the agent that I would have access to all funds within 24 hours. However, when I tried to place a $50,[redacted] wire transfer, my account was restricted. Despite verifying my identity and attempting a $25,[redacted] transfer, my account was falsely flagged for suspicious activity. The ethical standards at Citibank seem questionable as they make internal decisions using outsourced fraud departments in the Philippines. Some agents were rude and unprofessional, providing confusing and deceptive information. After much frustration, I finally received my Citi token by mail. However, even after verifying myself repeatedly, my account was blocked once again. The lack of professionalism, communication, and handling of my accounts has been a nightmare. I urgently need access to my business account to continue my work.

I used to bank with Citi Bank until around [redacted] and had a checking account along with credit cards, but I no longer have any accounts with them since I have moved to a different state. However, I recently received a notification regarding my safe deposit box and I am looking to confirm if there is still a box in my name at the White Plains, New York branch located at [redacted] Mamaroneck Ave. The authorized signer on my safe deposit box, Gale S Friedland, received a letter requesting more information, addressed to me (Lisa Gussack), but delivered to Gale Friedland's address at 24 Morgan Pl., White Plains, NY. I am interested to know if the safe deposit box is still active and if I can obtain a replacement key, as I have removed Gale Friedland as an authorized signer.

I am disappointed with Citibank. In August, I was approved for an AA Advantage promotion offering 0% on purchases for a year. I used the card assuming I was under the promotion, but now I am informed otherwise. Citibank representatives say the offer doesn't exist, yet I have a mail invitation that I acted upon. Suddenly, with the November statement, I am being charged interest. After 20 years of loyalty and multiple cards with Citibank, I am shocked to feel misled by what seems like a false promotion. I plan to stop using this card and warn others against it.

I recently had my regular checking account compromised and was issued a new bank account number. I have an old Citibank Account that I'd like to update with a new external transfer account number, but I've been struggling with automated menus for an hour. I signed up for auto payment with Sunoco on October 23, but the payment never went through. When I called for information, I encountered an automated system with various options, which was challenging for my wife and me as we both have hearing impairments. We had difficulty understanding the customer service representative who kept repeating the same information, leading to frustration and late fees due to miscommunication. We requested a fluent English speaker and, after a brief wait, ended up speaking to the same representative. Despite the challenges, we managed to address the issue. I have been trying to resolve a dispute and fraud claim concerning my timeshare in Cancun since last year. The salesperson forged my signature to upgrade without my consent, resulting in unauthorized charges to my credit card. This has caused financial strain as I did not approve of these transactions. After obtaining a copy of the forged upgrade with a misspelled last name that does not match my signature, I have sought assistance from the US government without success. I am reaching out for help as I continue to struggle to reclaim the funds that were wrongly taken from me.
