Enter your phone number and follow the on-screen prompts to sign in to Citibank's mobile banking. You may need to sign in using a 6-digit PIN.
You'll need to select whether you want to use your savings or checking account to send a check.
Make sure the amount entered in this field matches the amount written on the physical check. Any discrepancy between the two amounts could delay processing or result in the check being rejected.
Tap the camera icon and take clear photos of both the front and back of the physical check. Before taking a photo, make sure the check has been signed. Both sides of the check must be submitted for the deposit to be processed successfully.
Before capturing images, please make sure that you have the correct details on the check. Enter the recipient's full name and complete mailing address. To avoid delays or issues when the check is received, make sure the recipient's name matches the name on their government-issued identification or bank account records. If the name is incorrect or does not match the recipient's identification, the recipient may experience difficulties cashing or depositing the check.
Be sure both the front and back of the check have been captured clearly and are easy to read. Once you've reviewed the images, tap Submit to complete the deposit.
Wait for the Success message that will pop up on the screen. It means that your check has been received by Citibank. Review the deposit details carefully to ensure the information is correct. If everything looks accurate and you do not need to make another deposit, tap Done to exit the deposit screen.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers.
