Hello, my name is Victor Saenz. I received a phone call offering a loan and completed the process with the caller. As the President of Soft Aesthetics Skincare Clinic, I am reaching out regarding a disputed charge by one of your cardholders that resulted in a chargeback to my account. The transaction took place on April 20, [redacted], and all goods and services were delivered to the cardholder. I have submitted all necessary documents through my PoS merchant Square to Citibank MC. I have been granted Power of Attorney for a Citibank customer. I need assistance on the next steps. Upon visiting the customer's NYC branch, I was directed to a Delaware branch with a phone number that led me to an ATM. After spending one and a half hours on hold, I am still unable to proceed. Citibank's support has only provided me with more phone numbers to call. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with Citibank.

While on vacation in Cancun, Mexico on July 9, [redacted], I sought information about tours for my son, who wanted to see the pyramids and go snorkeling. Agent Victor recommended Chichen Itza, but we preferred a shorter option with snorkeling and other activities. He then suggested Aventuras Mayas, including snorkeling, ziplining, The Cave, and lunch, returning by 3:30. I purchased 2 tickets for Monday, 7-10-23 but later realized Victor had also booked Chichen Itza without informing me. Despite signing a receipt for the second tour, mistaking it for my son's ticket, the lack of English terms and conditions led to confusion. I discovered the error when another guest pointed it out. I am at The Grand Mayan Place in Cancun, room [redacted], and unable to receive calls until my vacation ends on 7-14-23. I used to have a Citibank Priority Account, but I recently received a letter stating that my account was being closed without any explanation. The letter mentioned that a check for the remaining balance would be sent after 60 days, but I have not received it yet.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to speak to a live person at Citibank as all the phone numbers I've tried only lead to automated prompts which don't recognize my closed account. I have tried reaching out to the Security department to inquire about the missing check and the account balance, as promised, but to no avail.
I would appreciate any advice on how to connect with a live representative who can assist me with my closed account situation. Thank you.

I purchased two sofas from Wayfair, with a total payment of $[redacted] made using my sister's Citi Advantage card. I also borrowed $[redacted] from Wayfair credit, which is a part of Citi. We decided to return one sofa, and after agreeing, Wayfair refunded $[redacted] to my sister's Citi card. There was meant to be an additional refund of $[redacted], but Wayfair reimbursed another $[redacted] to the card and transferred two payments of $[redacted] to my Wayfair credit in January. Despite numerous calls to Wayfair requesting the refund, they acknowledged holding the $[redacted]. I even filed a claim in the CA small claims court as Wayfair lacks CA representation. After receiving two letters of dispute from Wayfair credit for overpayment, they finally sent a check for the owed $[redacted] from a total of $[redacted]. However, the remaining balance of $[redacted] is still pending, with promises of payment but no concrete action. In frustration, Wayfair customer service explained that they already issued a refund for $[redacted]. Despite this, I insist that they should have returned the money promptly without delays or unfulfilled assurances.

I recently got approved for a Wayfair Credit Card managed by Citi. However, I am disappointed with the high number of restrictions and the steep interest rate. I want to cancel this card immediately. The customer support numbers for Citibank seem to keep me on hold without connecting me to a live person. I feel this might be a misleading situation. I recently applied for a Citibank credit card based on a favorable assessment from Experian. The application was for a balance transfer. Although I wasn't approved immediately, I feel the inquiry negatively impacted my credit score without a proper review. I am disappointed and won't reapply to Citibank. I made a payment by phone on 7/18/[redacted], and I have the confirmation number1. I have excellent credit, always pay my bills on time. But, I received a call from collections saying the payment I made is due. When calling the number on the card for safety, I keep getting stuck in automated digital systems for over 2 hours, trying different options that all lead to the same ineffective automated responses. I have attempted to register online multiple times, including the dispute center, but it does not recognize my payment made by phone with the confirmation number. I am frustrated as I prefer to speak to a live person instead of registering online. This situation has left me extremely upset.

I am dealing with the aftermath of identity theft. Last year, a fraudulent WayFair Citi Card was opened in my name without my knowledge. Recently, I received collection notices from Citi for over $[redacted] in charges made by the fraudster. I have recently fallen victim to identity theft. The thief redirected my mail to Florida and opened a Wayfair Citicard in my name, racking up $[redacted] in charges. I am unable to set up the Citi mobile app on my iOS device. I spent one hour speaking with support last night, but nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Even though I was told my fraud issue was resolved, I still cannot set up the iPhone app. Initially, I was informed it was a theft problem and only after 45 minutes was I asked to verify my account information. Despite using a Citi credit card, the problem persisted. Support personnel kept repeating the same questions, and when I questioned their understanding of my issue, they seemed irritated. I attempted to set up the app again today without success. This experience has been frustrating and support has not been effective in addressing my concerns.
