If you have a Citigroup account, you can easily set up automatic bill payments. That way, Citigroup will take care of your bills for you, and you never have to deal with the hassle or worry about forgetting a payment again. This article will teach you a couple of different ways to do it.

How to Set Up Automatic Bill Payments From Your Computer

You can set up automatic payments from your Citigroup account using your computer by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Citigroup home page.
  2. Click on the Sign In button at the top of the page.
  3. Sign in.
  4. Click on the Payments tab in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  5. Click on Manage AutoPay in the navigation bar on the left of the screen.
  6. If you have already linked your payee to your Citigroup account, select your payee from the list. If you have not already done so, click on Add a New Payment Account, then on Leave this Page. Add your payee's details. Finally, click on Manage AutoPay and then select the payee.
  7. Select a payment type from the list, such as Minimum Payment Due.
  8. Select the number of payments you want to split each billing cycle into. (You can, for example, split each bill into two separate payments to ensure there is always enough money in your account.)
  9. Enter the date to make the first payment.
  10. Click on the Continue button.
  11. Review the terms and conditions.
  12. Click on the Enroll button.

How to Set Up Automatic Payments Using the App

You can also set up automatic payments using the Citigroup app. These instructions work for both Android and iOS versions:

  1. Open the Citigroup app.
  2. Tap on the Payments or Move Money button.
  3. Tap on the Manage AutoPay button.
  4. Select your payee from the list. If you haven't linked your payee to your Citigroup account yet, tap on Add New Payment Account, add your payee details, tap on Manage AutoPay, and then select your payee.
  5. Select a payment type from the menu.
  6. Select the number of payments to make per billing cycle.
  7. Select a date for the first payment.
  8. Tap on Submit.
  9. Review the terms and conditions.
  10. Tap on the Agree button.
