How to Make Recurring Bill Payments Using Your Computer

You can get recurring bill payments going from your computer by using these instructions:

  1. Go to Citigroup's webpage.
  2. Click Sign In and sign into your account.
  3. Click the Payments option in the navigation bar near the top of the page.
  4. Click the Manage AutoPay option in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
  5. Click on your payee from the list of payees. If you haven't already linked your payee to your Citigroup account, click Add a New Payment Account, then click Leave this Page. Enter your payee's payment details. Click Manage AutoPay, then select your payee from the list.
  6. Click on a payment type from the Payment Type menu.
  7. Pick the number of payments per billing cycle. For example, you could split each individual bill into four separate payments every month.
  8. Enter a start date.
  9. Click the Continue button.
