I switched my virgin mobile account from one phone to another by following prompts on my land line * hours ago. Now I have no service on either cell phone and trying to follow prompts again is too confusing

I called VM customer service and followed the recorded prompts to activate my service. When asked by the recording if it worked , I answered no and was then connected with a human who helped me successfully
