Virgin Mobile was shut down in January 2020. Customers were automatically transferred to Boost Mobile. Now most orders are tracked through Boost Mobile's website, but you can call customer support if your order took place before Virgin Mobile was shut down. Tracking your order is easy, and it takes the same process whether or not you're a former Virgin Mobile customer. You can track orders through a logged-in account or use the Order Status page to track without logging in.
Virgin Mobile transferred American customers to Boost Mobile in 2020 after a company merger.
Because of the change, Virgin Mobile's website is no longer active. Most orders will now be tracked through Boost Mobile's website.
If your order was placed through Virgin Mobile's inactive site, you should contact Boost Mobile's customer service team to get help.

The new screen will include two boxes to enter your info, including your order number and email address. Be sure to use the email associated with your order. If you're not sure what email you used, try the one you use to log into your Boost Mobile account.
Click Submit to track your order status. You will see whether or not your order has shipped and how long it might take to arrive.
Boost Mobile provides support now that Virgin Mobile is inactive. The company offers a support phone number for new and existing customers, which is available seven days a week.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Virgin Mobile in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Track My Order from Virgin Mobile? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
