Im getting a message from virgin hub saying "thank you for being a valued customer take a moment to activate your device" in order to clear the message it is asking for a password and I've tried every password I've ever used and now message stays there. The thing is the phone is activated in running of my old account with this new phone also in able to take calls and receive them message just has me worried.
GetHuman1972402 did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.
