I had arranged to have Virgin TV, Broadband, everything in my new house and want to change the package before the installation date of **th January. I am now very seriously thinking about cancelling my order. If I can't get you to answer the phone when I'm trying to give you money, what hope is there if I ever have a problem?*My name is Jim Storrie. My new acount number is ********* and I'm SICK of the disgusting customer service you provide. My mobile number is ***** ****** and I DARE someone from your company to call me. All I ask for is a PERSON to speak with me and not ** different answering machine options.
