My SIM card is now saying invalid after having the phone for * months. My phone number is ********** and I bought the phone pre used in June. There are no issues with the phone and it has not been damaged. Payments are up to date, therefore this should not be an issue and because of this annoying issue, I’m sending this from another phone because my phone is now unable to call, text, and use data. I also would like to speak to a real person and not a robot to fix this very inconvenient issue.
