at *am today I sent a text & realized I didnt pay my bill from a reminder I got yesterday. the text may not have gone through. the phone is dead & I am trying to pay my bill. YOUR SITE IS DOWN for routine maintenance for * *** hours (so far) & I cannot call & speak to a live person until *:** am PACIFIC TIME .. Are you insane to have that as your hours ? we live in an EST world . FIX THIS PROBLEM -- NOW or lose customers.*SO ridiculous, yet so infuriating. Thats right I cannot top up for *hrs !!!!
GetHuman-bfiebig did not yet indicate what Virgin Mobile should do to make this right.

i had to wait from *am to *am for service. NOT EVEN an automated way of me paying my bill because Virgin was doing an update*upgrade & I already had limited service. VIRGIN needs to fix that problem. I enrolled in autopay which is never been a problem for me figure a cell phone service would have a grace period. WOW what a problem that could have been. I am on-call at a hospital & also have a very sick spouse.
