My husband bought a drone from one of your stores on May **. One of the parts Was defective so he exchanged it at another store on May **. Upon finding out about this extremely expensive cash purchase, I insisted that he return the drone immediately. He tried to do so while we were out of town yesterday May **. After ringing up the return the Employee did not have enough cash in their drawer and left Him waiting for a long time. Even after telling them repeatedly that he was in a hurry and he needed to go. He called customer Service about their harassing and miss treatment and he ultimately just left. They gave him the Drone and his receipts back And he left. Today, May ** we went to Return the drone again but that store was offering only a gift card even though he had the cash receipt. Upon refusing that, they told us to go back to the store he purchased it from so we went across town To do so. So now we are at the store where it was purchased, with a cash receipt, And they tell him that this item has already been refunded. That there’s nothing they can do about it. * At this point we still have the drone and we still have the cash receipt. He has been mistreated every step of the way. Hes owed an apology, and according to your refund policy, we need our money back. It has been the very worst experience either of us have ever seen or heard of. It is not what I would expect from target and its employees. I need someone to tell me How And where I need to go get my money back! And it has literally taken up my entire day and cost me my job and gas going across town repeatedly not to mention having to go back out now again.. This is absolutely unacceptable and it needs to be resolved immediately!
