I bought a pair of shoes, about * weeks ago, and they've already torn so I can't wear them. I got them while shopping with my mom, who was in town from Massachusetts (I'm in Surprise, AZ), she bought them for me. I brought them back with no receipt but in their original box, which has a picture of them on it, and their barcode. The customer service lady didn't seem very determined to help, she said without their original tags (which is just a brand tag, no barcode or anything, I don't see how that's relevant to a return), or the card they were bought with there was nothing she could do. I don't want a refund, just store credit! To have a fairly pricey item be so damaged less than a month after purchase is ridiculous, and the fact that there was no attempt to fix it beyond "too bad there's nothing we can do" is insanity. I want this issue to be resolved, I can send pictures as well in follow up emails.
