Due to the nationwide outage that occurred yesterday with T-mobile, my business took a significant loss. I called T-Mobile earlier and after waiting on hold for * hour and ** minutes the call was finally answered by Lou. She stated that she could only assist to a certain point and had to get me to a Supervisor for assistance. Before the Supervisor took the call, the call disconnected. If I am unable to resolve this issue, I will be cancelling my T-Mobile service.
