My step brother is handicapped and has a prepaid account, he accident luv failed to pay his bill so his device was disconnected. * hour after it had been cut off I used his phone to pay his bill by calling the *** number. I paid the bill via my checking account once it verified the account it places me on hold for * hours for a customer service representative which never answered.*They are not I the USA - I called at **:** am -It was *:** am when I finally gave up and hung up this is terrible he had to be at home alone without a phone with the hope nothing would occur during the night. I hope I can convenience him to change carriers. I use to have tmobile and at one time it was a good company it doesn't appear to be any longer.
