I have a brother who has had a stroke and has been severely sick for * months. I missed a payment arrangement due to not working. I had a rep say she would call me back yesterday so we could resolve service and I would not have my phone turned off. I calked twice yesterday they said be patient she would contact. She didn't phone is turned off can't get it restored at all can't make a payment till at least Friday and now I have no service with a brother who is ill. I have been a customer for ** years and have caught up on my payments yet now when I need it I can't get any help
