I am a retired military veteran and completed the military verification form. Once I submitted I received an email with tracking ID GJPK-****-**** stating I would receive a conformation text message within ** hours. It has been three days (** hours) and I have not received the text. My switch to T-Mobile has been riddled with mistakes from the store representative not doing the plan correctly for my military plan to now being overcharged on my bill. Can someone please fix these issues outlined above?
