I purchased a new phone in one of your stores in the end of March and it is only June, but it doesn’t charge. Something is wrong with the cable. This is the charging plug that came with the phone. It was not a cheap phone and this has never happened to me with any other phone I have purchased from you even the cheaper ones. **I purchased this phone because it was a good brand. Never did I expect to go through this.
