I bought a Samsung so on March **th. I have visited the store on several occasions with complaints about the phone but with no resolution. My last visit, one of the employees told me that I have ** to get a new phone if the problem persist. It has gotten worse, when I returned to the store to place yet another complaint another store employee is telling me that I will have to get a refurbished phone. I am extremely disappointed and I am requesting to speak to a supervisor.
