Trying to activate my new phone, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SIMPLE! ... I got a new phone, LG Stylo *, which I need to activate. But the screen on my old Stylo * is completely black. So when the DIY instructions tell me to "Open your Google acct on old phone", that's as far as I can get. Customer service was NO Help. Do I need to take them to a Metro store? Can they*will they help me?
I am a hairstylist and my phone is how they contact me. I have been missing customers all week - a great way to lose them.
