Bought new phone and tablet was supposed to receive rebate ... Company sent rebate to old disconnected phone number. How this happened I cannot begin to figure out. My number is ********** and they sent rebate to ********** a number th as t is no longer mine. PLEASE HELP ME. I never would have bought tablet without rebate. I do not understand why rebate department refuses to correct.
So frustrated and upset. I'm on social security and I need this money
I want my rebate that I am owed.
I've been a metro customer off and on for close to * years
I've tried everything humanely possible.
