I have a Metro by T-Mobile account with one line on an unlocked iphone. The iPhone broke, so I got another unlocked iPhone and tried the steps on the company website to change device. Unfortunately, to change device I have to receive texts on that line, which I can only get on the phone that is broken. In other words, I have an account and line with a broken device and cannot change the device because of how the company runs its service.

GetHuman4637607 did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
