I was told this evening after * calls to metro customer service that my phone would be turned back on ** hrs. after finally getting the correct amount of $**.** that was to be paid next day when store opens. I received credit for being over charged n for no service for ** days on old phone. I had my account switched to my new Iphone n paid the $** fee, phone worked * day after the *th of this month n Every time i call customer service I get a whole complete different story. It's now been since *pm Pacific time n i just called to see why phone was not on n was told, i have to wait until **Am.tomorrow. That is not what was promised at *pm. I have been a metro customer for ***yrs. n I expect to be told truth n what should be done, Done when it is stated, not get the run around from mostly, people that are Rude n unknowledgeable. I was treated like i was trying to get something for nothing. My plan is $***$*.** for Mexico calls n I have been charged $**. So this is so wrong on Metro part n nothing ever gets done.
