One of my * lines ported out to T-Mobile last month. After this transaction, I received three different text messages from Metro PCS with three (*) different balances due. In order, the amounts were $**.**, $**.**, $*.**, then back to $**.**. Since Metro PCS is prepaid, and one of the lines on my plan ported out, the current amount should be considerably less than $**.**. I've tried a million times to speak to someone about this, but to no avail. Thank you for your help.
