Billed an amount that understandably we have a new policy regarding phone's switching *s but I tell the lady I do not have the money and am told it's ok I'll go ahead with it does not say to me we will cut your phone off a day after u pay your bill. It's very shady and I had told her I'll call at a later date. Called to resolve and was told nicely if I want transcripts I'll have to go to legal Dept. Pay or sue is what I hear from that. Been a customer for yrs and have a new policy and never have I been done so Wrong.
