Hi Mary my name is Charlie Ford.**My main number is **********.**I have total of * lines currently but am probably leaving metro after the experience I just had. I normally never complain about any of my retail experiences and I'm not sure I even have a complaint now. But I felt like what happened to me needed to be explained to some type of supervisor and you were the person I was directed to. **I went into your store at fiesta plaza desperately needing a new phone. The screen on my s* plus had finally gotten to a point where I could do literally nothing. I was willing to spend more money on getting a phone comparable to my s* plus but just didn't know which direction to go. I spent hours with Angel and rafiel who were seriously some of the most gracious and patient reps I could have possibly asked for. Quite possibly the very reason I haven't left metro yet. When I tell you their knowledge product was impeccable and their attention to detail and what I was looking for was second to none please believe me. Like I said this is literally the first time in ** years I've ever felt like I needed to pass on info such as this. **After calling **** number I was told it did not matter which store I got the phones from cuz I was originally going to just return the * phones because of the nightmare I was having switching an old number over to a new device. Well after * stores telling me different info as well I did finally end up at original point of sale. Not having a car...my bill with uber that day was not small. I will admit I was a pain because I just wanted a phone better than what I could afford. And I was trying to communicate to the manager there that with all the money in had spent on uber I could have possibly gotten one of the nice LG phones....possibly even an iPhone...my point was I spent all this money on uber rides for * days and come to find out the manage at plaza fiesta told me the manager at the first * stores I went to could have helped me they just didn't want to. I couldn't believe she told me this even if true or not. At this point in my mind she needs to give me a s* or iPhone because that is just the craziest thing a manager could tell an irritated customer right?**But now at this point the only phones I could afford was the k**. I was trying to somehow get * phone more similar to my s* and * phone it didn't matter what it was. Even after explaining to the manager my troubles with the information given by cust care and the other * stores. The only thing she was willing to help me with was activation fee. Which on any other day would have been so cool but after * days...over *** bucks on uber rides back and forth across town it just didn't matter. I don't know if the language barrier impacted her understanding of how annoyed I was but at the same time I knew how much of a pain in the *** I was being because of my indecisiveness and could tell very clearly she was ready for me to be find.**Finally on Sunday after going back that morning because Saturday night she told me the system went down completely a d she could not complete my transaction ...I was walking out with * k**. Even though I was not happy having one because of what a downgrade it was from my s* plus. It was what it was. I had spent all my money on uber. When apparently all this could have been done at the first store. Again information I could have gone without knowing. Right? So again here I am...walking out Sunday morning and I see Rafael walking. The two who literally listened to me botch and complain and not know what to do for over * he's...and I simply asked him hey man how do I set up the Amazon...and the manager lady came outside said his name rudely and said out loud your already late come inside....he tried to tell me best he could but she again called him out verbally and he just kinda looked at me like sorry and walked in. **Im **. White guy...college grad broke as a joke...but have seen a lot of things....never seen that kind of disrespect for * a human being * and employee. The only reason I actually came back and not just wait till Friday when I'd have more money is cause of the effort and attention Rafael showed me. **Your manager was nice to me the first day I was in there. **And Im still stuck with these k**. Your **** just care sent me on a wild goose chase. Your other stores finally passed me back to the right one....the reps at that store...Angel...Rafael....and the lady with the hot friend...I forget her name....their the reason I'm still a customer.....and I know my little * or * lines is nothing. But I just felt like someone should here this story. **Thank you maam
