I'm on the MetroPCS $****mo Family Plan...* lines. *I like that plan & have no wish to alter it.*I just received an electronic bill for $*** for this month. *A family member recently lost his phone & replaced it.*He did not add a line, nor change his number. *Is the additional $** a One-Time Charge for switching the phones, or did the switch somehow cause an error in all future billing? *Thanks to you in advance for your assistance!
