Ive been a loyal customer for over **years now and I pay my bill every month. I paid my bill for the month of September and as well as October and Metro is still saying that I have a balance but that cannot be possible I would like to know what can I do to fix this issue and also restore my service without out any further issues and speak to a representative as soon as possible
