Simply put not one single payment option available to me out on the road works. period! That is total BS. fix this, and you may possibly have more customers instead of having a lot of angry former customers. If straight talk, net **, verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc. etc... Can do this one thing without issues. I would like to believe Metro PCS. Should b able to, or is it really that hard?
GetHuman-furyluc did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
