Capital One sent me a form to fill out regarding a charge I disputed. After review I see I incorrectly disputed the charge and the charge should be reinstated. I wrote this information on the form and I want to mail it back but I don’t know what address to send it to. Please provide me the address. Thank you.

GetHuman-markdisc did not yet indicate what Capital One should do to make this right.
