4 TVs in our home, 3 work just fine, but the one in the master bedroom lost audio recently in channels 1209, 1210, 1211 and 1660

This issue could be due to various reasons. The TV may have accidental settings applied, a needed system update, or a minor glitch. Firstly, you could try rebooting the main U-Verse receiver. Wait for a few minutes before you restart it. This allows the system to fully reset and might restore the audio. If this doesn't work, check the audio settings on your TV and ensure it's configured correctly. Try the SAP (Secondary Audio Program) settings if available and make sure it's set to the primary language. As a last resort, you might consider resetting your U-Verse receiver back to its factory defaults. Do bear in mind that resetting to factory defaults will erase any personalized settings that you have.

Received a new modem but unable to get internet

If you're unable to get internet after receiving a new AT&T U-Verse modem, ensure the device has been correctly set up. This includes securing all cable and DSL connections, plugging the power cord into a working electrical outlet, and turning on the modem. Check the LED indicators to confirm if there's a stable connection. If you're still having issues, try rebooting the modem by unplugging it, waiting for a few seconds, and plugging it back in. Remember to also configure your Wi-Fi network with the new modem. If all these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a problem that needs further attention from AT&T's technical support.

I need to replace my uverse wireless tv receiver-

You can replace your U-Verse wireless TV receiver by ordering a new one from AT&T directly. Either call AT&T or use their online service. Once you have received your new receiver, you can follow the step-by-step instructions included to set it up. Make sure to return the old device using the pre-paid shipping materials AT&T provides. If you don't return your old device, you may be charged a non-return fee.
