Scroll down the "Bill & account support" page until you find the "Browse topics" section.
Since you want to cancel your AT&T internet service, look for the "Move, change, suspend & cancel service" sub-section. It says "Find out how to make changes to your AT&T account or service." below the header.
Click on the down-pointing arrow to the right of the "Move, change, suspend & cancel service" header. This will expand the section below it.
