Just enter your user ID and click Continue to enter your password and log in successfully.
You can see this option on your homepage. Just click See Bill Details.
Scroll down and select Set Up Payment Arrangement to request additional time to pay your bill. Be sure to make your payment by the scheduled date to prevent service suspensions. AT&T may suspend your service immediately if you don't pay on time.
Next, enter the amount you want to pay toward your outstanding balance. Please keep in mind that AT&T may need you to fully pay your balance to keep your service. Adjust the date based on the options available and review the details before finalizing. If you don't see an option to pay your bill after your due date, you may not be eligible to set up a payment arrangement. We suggest contacting AT&T to see other payment arrangement options.
If you'd like to use a different payment method, click Change Payment Method and follow the on-screen instructions to add or select another payment option. Once you've confirmed that all the information is correct, continue to the next step to submit your payments.
Before setting up a payment arrangement, review the payment amount, scheduled payment date, and payment method to make sure everything is correct. Once you're ready, click Submit Payment to complete the process.
Be sure to make your payment by the scheduled date. If you miss your payment, your payment arrangement may be canceled, and your service could be subject to late fees or disconnection, depending on your account status. Paying on time helps you avoid service interruptions and keeps your account in good standing.
Eligible business customers may have the option to split their payments. If it's available for your account, simply sign in to your AT&T account. The process is fairly the same; just navigate to the Make Payment Option and select Split Payment. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
Again, before submitting your payment, please make sure you're able to pay on time to avoid service disruptions that might hurt your business operations.
Do you see the option to set up a payment arrangement? If yes, please keep in mind that some payment methods may not be available. Before setting up a payment arrangement, pause AutoPay for the current billing cycle and consider informing your bank as well to avoid overdraft charges. Once you've submitted your payment, be sure to pay by the scheduled date, as missing your payment could result in service interruption or suspension. GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
