Need to get uverse systematically reconnected due to a no show from Direct TV tech today. U verse tv was cut off today. I spoke with Direct Tv side and rep stated the reconnect fee will be waived. A supervisor was supposed to return my call and never did so. Now uverse sales is closed. We have no tv service at the fault of Att until Tue. (New appt date) if the tech show up! No service is at the fault of Att. Technician was a no call no show today. When I called to check status the rep. told me he will not make it today due to not having the equipment on his truck to install today. I had scheduled for Uverse tv to be disconnected today because we were supposed to have Direct tv service today.
