Please escalate this to the appropriate team at AT&T. My experience with Technical support to date has not been positive. **The circuit which I subscribe to is almost entirely located outside of my home. The only items of which I have control over are a modem. Based on the number of times that I have rebooted my modem, it would stand to reason that there is an issue outside of my home, or my modem is defective. Both of which your well meaning, poorly trained, and ill equipped phone support are adequately prepared to address. **I am not sure why it is so difficult to get this escalated. * *To be clear, my expectation is that you will make a technician available to monitor and trouble shoot my circuit. **For some time now the quality of service on my internet connection has been declining. For the last two days it has gotten significantly worse. **Prior to this email, I have contacted tech support without resolution several times, and rebooted my modem dozens of times. **For example, it took over * seconds for the ATT speed test screen to populate today. **In the last ** minutes my connection has dropped more than a dozen times.
