If you set up a recurring bill payment using your Citizens Bank account, you can stop the payment without penalty any time you want. The procedure is very simple. If you requested a debit card from Citizens Bank and haven't received it yet, it may be due to a few reasons. The usual delivery time for a new card is 5-7 business days. If it's been longer than this, there may have been a delay in the mail. Or, your card might have been sent to the wrong address. If you haven't recently moved, this isn't likely. It's also possible that the card request wasn't processed correctly.
