Digital Banking at Citizens Bank

If you want to use the recurring bill payment tool, you first need to be enrolled in Citizens Bank's Digital Banking program. To enroll yourself, go to the Digital Banking portal. Click on the Login/Enroll button on the right of the nav bar at the top of the screen. Follow the prompts to complete the enrollment.

How to Set Up a Recurring Bill Payment From Your Citizens Bank Account

To set up a recurring bill payment, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Citizens Bank's website.
  2. Log into your Citizens Bank account.
  3. Go to Digital Banking.
  4. Select the bill payment option.
  5. Search for your payee in the list of payees. If your payee is not on the list, add the information for the payee yourself. All the information you need to do so should be on one of that payee's bills.
  6. Enter the account number on the payee's bill.
  7. Enter the payment amount.
  8. Select a starting date for the payments.
  9. Set up the bill payment schedule.

Please note that if you haven't used the Bill Pay tool for 3 months after enrolling in Digital Banking, your Bill Pay access will be suspended. If this happens, contact a Citizens Bank representative and ask them to restore your Bill Pay access.
