How to Cancel Steady Save Auto Pay

Citizens Bank offers a program called Steady Save which transfers funds between accounts. According to the bank's website, no one other than a banking associate can enroll you or help you make changes. Please call Citizens Bank customer service to update your preferences or help you find your nearest branch.

How to Cancel Auto Pay Via Online Banking

One-time and recurring transfers can be managed through the Transfer Money tab on your account dashboard. If you set up an automatic transfer through this method, click on the preferred transfer you need to change and follow the steps to cancel. Please note that transfers that are in processing cannot be cancelled. Also, it's important to cancel the payment no later than the day before the scheduled processing date.

How to Cancel a Credit Card Auto Pay

If you have a credit card and wish to cancel your automatic payment plan online, log into your account and click on the Auto Pay tab. Choose the Cancel Your Current Auto Pay Plan, but please keep in mind that approval of your request is up to the bank. Additionally, if you're canceling Auto Pay within three days of your scheduled payment date, the payment will be processed normally.
