Citizens Bank offers online bill pay services that make it easy to help you keep track of your bills. You can use your Citizens Bank checking or savings account to pay your bills. Here are the steps to setup bill pay with Citizens Bank.

1. Log In to Your Citizens Bank Account

You need to enter your password into the box with Enter Password to access your account. Check the box next to the statement you want to view.

2. Go to My Accounts Menu

You'll need to navigate to My Accounts section of your banking profile. Once there, you'll see a list of all the accounts that use your login credentials. You can click on any of these accounts or click Add Account to add another account to give bill pay access.

3. Click Bill Pay

When you have bill pay set up with Citizens Bank, there are ways to access it. You can log in to online banking and go to the Bill Pay section of your mobile app. It will take you to a screen that shows the bills you have paid.

4. Add Bill Payee

Clicking Add Bill will take you to an informational page on how Citizens Bank's bill-pay feature works. If you already have a list of bills in your Citizens Bank account but need to add or make changes to one of these bills, select it in the list and then click Edit.

This will launch a pop-up where you can change the bill-payment details. To see detailed information about each bill, select its name from the list and view its details by clicking View Details.

Once you enter the information, you can add one-time payments or recurring payments for services. Add one-time payments by entering the amount to pay and clicking submit.

Recurring payments work similarly. Enter the amount and choose a recurring payment. Next, add the date when the payment can transfer.

5. Enter Your Account Number

Adding your account number will vary depending on how you choose to set up your bill pay. If you use Citizens Bank's website, you'll need to enter your account number and routing number.

6. Review and Confirm Your Payee Information

You'll need to verify the name and address of your payment recipient before you set up automated payments. You can do this by logging into your account, then clicking Pay. The page will display all the payees you have setup with their names and addresses.

If any of these don't match the information on your bill, click the Edit link next to that payee's name to make any changes.
