Before you can start paying bills, you'll need to set up your payee information. Log in to online banking and click the Pay Bills button. This will take you to the Bills tab, where you'll see a list of all billers in your account. Find the biller you want to add, select it and choose Add Payee. Adding your account number will vary depending on how you choose to set up your bill pay. If you use Citizens Bank's website, you'll need to enter your account number and routing number.
You'll need to verify the name and address of your payment recipient before you set up automated payments. You can do this by logging into your account, then clicking Pay. The page will display all the payees you have setup with their names and addresses.
If any of these don't match the information on your bill, click the Edit link next to that payee's name to make any changes.
