Citizens Bank Customer Service Issues

I am in need of support from a caring representative. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the branch was very disappointing. Despite being disabled, I was not treated with respect and was laughed at, made fun of, and lied to. The caregiver who accompanied me was also shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed. I have been trying for three months to close my deceased mother's account, but have faced many obstacles. The individuals I dealt with, Scott and Maria Hernandez, were unhelpful, unsympathetic, and displayed a clear lack of compassion. It is disheartening to see such poor customer service from individuals who should be assisting with sensitivity and professionalism. I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to this unacceptable treatment.

Hello. On June 1, [redacted], I bought a couch from Wayfair for $[redacted].49 using Citizen Pay. I made a mistake with the address, so I cancelled the order and placed a new one for the same amount with the correct address. Even though I only received one couch from Wayfair and cancelled the incorrect order, I believe I am being charged twice by Citizen Pay. I have paid off one couch already and continue to make auto-payments for the second one, totaling $1,[redacted].03 so far. I have a statement from Wayfair to support this. I would appreciate your help in getting reimbursed for the duplicate charge. Can you assist me with resolving this issue?
