Reference Acct Numbers John R Stonesypher **** **** **** **** and*Judy L Stonesypher **** **** **** *****These accounts have apparantly become co-mingled. As a result no user names or passwords will work. *Your are sending all communications to John at *****@***.com. Even when using the link in the email it does not work. I want to get these accounts separated and with working user names and passwords. So far the usual customer service people are unable to get it done.
