Verizon still needs to put the keypad option out there for customers who can’t get statements and choose not to pay on line!! Not happy with Verizon limiting our pay options!!

Find the keypad code to pay my bill. ... I want to pay my monthly bill on your automated phone system as in the past and I need the contact phone number to type into my cell phone..
This information is not readily available anymore since Verizon forced me not to receive statements to pay my bill! I do not like to pay bills on line!!
I want the option to receive statements again!
I have had a cell phone for years with Verizon starting with a flip phone!
Called local store as this info was not available online that I could see!!!!
