I placed an order for phones, a watch, and new service as I’m looking to switch from my current cell carrier. I received an email notifying me that I needed to contact Fraud Prevention. I’ve called * times and have been on hold waiting to speak to a representative for over * hours total. I’ve currently been on hold for over * hours as I’m typing this. I called over customer service numbers and spoke with representatives that confirmed I needed to contact Fraud Prevention and provided a number different than the one in the email.
