I’ve been speaking to Verizon for the past two hours and every time I speak to somebody different in the win back technical department I get a different policy a response him something else I need to give them before they can port my number back to Verizon and then they transfer me and then I try to get transferred back and then placed on hold for about ** minutes and then they cut me off and this is already happened three times. Just today so I’ve wasted two hours.
GetHuman-adelamor did not yet indicate what Verizon Wireless should do to make this right.
