My phone number is: ***-***-****. I have a NON-WIRELESS landline. For some reason my most recent bill the VLD Shortfall shot way up to $**.** and the Fees&Other Charges went up to $**.**. What happened? ****** I want to switch to your Freedom Value Plan. Per your website this plan is for residential customers only with free long distance to US & Canada. The description on your website says nothing about this plan being a promotion only. I would like to keep Verizon and NOT use my Comcast account for phone, but this Verizon plan I am currently on is unacceptable. Thank you.
