My wife and I have the international travel plan in Spain and Morocco. Over the first two days, she has gotten multiple notifications that she is out of data, but we have both been on the Hotel WiFi the entire duration of our stay (and we haven’t left the resort). Please help resolve this matter - we are wrongfully getting charged a lot of money for data overages and we still have more than ** days left for our trip.
