been to Verizon store twice now. activated a new phone I already had. Transferring photos has been a challenge. Had to Bluetooth *** photos on my own before it quit. Went into store again and he helped transfer with wifi connection. Got home and about ** photos have still not transferred. Can you walk me through how to make blue tooth connection so I can transfer the last photos?
