I attempted to change my account from ** dollar plan to ** dollar plan. I put ** dollars on my account and switched it to ** dollar plan. I had roughly * gigs left.*The plan change didn't happen and it just put the ** on my account. I lost my gigs. It was a problem on Verizon's end and u would like my data back. I made the switch before my month ended and it never switched. I lost my gigabytes because the plan didn't switch over in time. *Please return roughly * gigabytes (approximately *.**) to My phone please. I hear good things about other phone companies but,one been a verizon carrier for almost ** years. I don't want to switch carriers. Thank you.
